About Us

|
 |
Change Matters is happily a small company
providing focused support to leaders working to grow their mission-based organizations. We partner with up to a dozen nonprofits
per year, and reach hundreds through fundraising workshops. Typically, one-to-three members of our team work with client-partners,
offering tailored consultation and rolling-up-the-sleeves service. We only bring on team members with practical experience
in areas important to our clients: startups, strategy, growth, communications, fundraising, philanthropy, leadership, governance,
and social networking.
In case you're wondering, ChangeMatters
is pro-choice, LGBT allied,
community arts enthusiastic, secular more than interfaith, imperfectly green and sustainable, and globally connected. We won't
take projects
that conflict directly with our values and hopes.

ChangeMatters in 1998.
An in-demand speaker and facilitator addressing the real-life pressures of leading mission-based
organizations, especially those with limited resources and capacity, she has assisted staff and volunteers in hundreds of
